Introduction:
Contraception is a method or device used to prevent from pregnancy. It is also termed as fertility control or birth control. It works by preventing the release of an egg.
Explanation of Solution
Partners or couples should be responsible on deciding the method of contraception used in a sexual relationship. Couple who has sexual relationship may result in pregnancy and risk of sexually transmitted infections. Barrier methods, behavioral methods, hormonal method, intrauterine methods, and permanent methods are the birth control or contraceptive methods used to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and avoid pregnancy.
One partner is inherently manages the methods of contraception. It does not mean that only one partner in a couple should participate in the decision making of which contraception to be used.
In fact, communication and sharing responsibility in choosing the method of contraception can definitely pave the way for satisfaction and mutual pleasure in the sexual activity.
