Explanation of Solution

Breastfeeding is the major concept that decreases many health issues for mothers and children, but there are many barriers for breastfeeding. The crusaders of the anti-public breastfeeding makes an argument that the breasts are like the other private parts of the body that must be under wrap. Thus, exposing the breasts in the public even for the sake of feeding is considered to be wrong and it is an indecent exposure.

The mothers find the practice of breastfeeding comfortable because they want their child to be nutritious and they just want to feed their children who are in hunger. However, the government of Country U has stated that breastfeeding in public is being protected by the state and federal law.
