Solution:
In this case, disable the PS/2 port in BIOS setup. For disabling the PS/2 port, install the new keyboard by using PS/2 splitter for the BIOS setup changes. Also, connect the mouse with PS/2 mouse port. Therefore, after changing the BIOS setup, the problem will get resolved.
Hence, option (a) is the correct answer.
