Heat energy is the energy that arises from the difference in the temperature of the body and the kinetic energy is the energy that arises due to the motion of the body. Potential energy is the energy produced due to the change in the position of the object. Mechanical energy is the energy that arises due to the change in the position as well as the motion of the body and the chemical energy is the energy associated with the chemical compounds and stored in the bonds of that chemical compounds and release when bonds are broken.
