Explanation of Solution
Given Information: Brako is a small manufacturing company of automobiles and there 40 workers for each shift with three supervisors each.
Providing support is very essential. Even though Art and Bob do provide support unlike Carol they do not have a close relationship with the workers. She can identify the workers problems as soon and give the relevant solution needed as well. She is more like a parent for the third shift workers. Carol motivates her workers. If they do not know how to do the job she takes time to show them how it should be done. Carol is a good leader figure for them. Even though she doesn’t spend time as Bob does with his workers there are less complains from Carols shift.
Art and Bob are less effective as they are not friendly and a good motivator as Carol.
