Introduction

How we take the information we are presented with and change that into a form of information that can be stored and recalled happens in many ways. We have many techniques for trying to remember information, including putting the information with a simple tune, using mnemonics, and other memory aids, connecting information to stuff we already know, etc.

Some of these memory techniques do not happen just in our thoughts and brains, but are connected to body posture and movement, muscle use, and other physical techniques.
