Introduction:

Henry Gustav Molaison, infamously known as H.M. was unable to form declarative memories. He faced concussions leading to loss of memory. A person suffering from this disease suffers from mental confusion, mood swings and forgetfulness in life. He was examined by a doctor who removed his hippocampus and medial temporal lobes in the brain. He was not able to generate new declarative memories in the brain.
