Explicit knowledge:
- It is more rational, technical and objective type of knowledge.
- Explicit knowledge is a knowledge that has been organized in a form which can be distributed to others.
- An example of explicit knowledge is that an explanation of how to process a job application that is documented in a safe human properties policy manual.
- It is something that can really be shared with others via file and it would include goals and reports.
