Introduction:

Observational learning is the learning new behavior by watching or observing a model or any person perform that behavior. Observational learning required the presence of four elements, namely, “attention”, “memory”, “imitation”, and “desire”. Attention means to learn something through observation by paying attention to the model. The memory must able to retain the memory what was observed, then a learner must have the ability to imitate the action of the model. Finally, a learner must have the desire or motivation to execute the action.
