I do not agree with this method because HIV patients have varying severities of symptoms and the drug should be given preferentially to those patients with the more severe symptoms. To do so, the company should be given all 10000 patients' medical records and the patients with the most life-threatening symptoms should be given the drug over those patients with less severe symptoms.
