A cell mass formed by the accumulation of abnormal cells is known as tumor. Various types of tumors develop in the skin. The tumors are of two types, where one is benign and the other is malignant. The major risk factor of skin cancer is the overexposure of UV (ultraviolet) rays. Skin cancers can be curable if detected in an early stage.
