Question
Chapter 5, Problem 50P
Interpretation Introduction
Interpretation:
The Dalton’s atomic theory and the kinetic molecular theory should be compared.
Concept Introduction:
Dalton’s atomic theory states that the atoms compose all the matters which are indestructible and indivisible building blocks. The compounds are composed of these kind of atoms with the given defined ratios.
The kinetic theory explains that that particles exhibit elastic collisions being in constant motion. This is used to explain the Boyle’s law and Charles law.
