Design an AC-coupled (input and output)  amplifier with a gain of -8 which has identical 3 dB corner frequencies of 10 kHz for high pass coupling at the input and output. Assume a power supply of 5 volts.

The device should boot up into the off state, that is, no LEDs are lit.    On the depression of a switch on the development board, the first LED color should light and be steady.
