Introduction:

There are “four characteristics” of “observation learning”: attention”: attention (A), memory (M), imitation (I), and desire (D). Attention is a necessary for learning through observation and by paying attention, followed by memorization of the learned behavior and what was performed. Once the individual memorized the learned behavior; the individual must be able to reproduce the behavior and model action. Once the individual developed the ability to imitate, then the individual must have the motivation to performance of learned behavior and action.
