• Use keywords which are mostly used by the users.
• Use pronouns.
• Use short sentences and paragraphs.

Web designers must make the website easy to read:

Web designers are needed to do the following:

• Use bullets and use numbered lists.
• In order to visually represent data, web designers can use images, multi-media and diagrams.
• Use of white space to reduce noise by visually separating information.
• Web designers must follow web formatting rules for readability.

Web designers must use chunking to help content processing:
