Introduction:

All the chemical reactions that take place in an organism are known as metabolism. The process of metabolism cannot occur without the help of enzymes. Enzymes are “macromolecular biological catalyst” that helps in acceleration of chemical reaction. All living cells consist of huge number of enzymes which promote the chemical reactions of cell.
