Sperm count is the number of spermatozoa or sperms present per ejaculation. The semen quality is dependent upon the number of sperms present along with the shape and the motility of the sperms. The sperm count is affected by many factors. Presence of fat affects the sperm count. People with low sperm count may get diabetes, heart stroke, and other problems.
