    • It is provided by different service providing companies such as Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.
    • Email service provider such as Gmail stores the mails of everyone in its Google network servers.
    • When a person accesses the email account, the browser downloads the content of the mail to the computer or mobile device.
    • The person need not worry about the location of the computer; he/she can access their email account from any location.
