Mother and Infants Scenario
You are the corporate wellness director for a large accounting firm. 60% of the members of this firm are under the age of 40. Of those under the age of 30, it is roughly 50/50 between males and females. Those over the age of 30 are more predominantly male with a 4:1 male-to-female ratio. You have been tasked with determining what areas of wellness the company should focus on in the upcoming year. When you recently learned of these statistics, you became curious as to why there is such a drop off in the number of females that work in the company as age increases.
