Summary Introduction

Pancreatic cancer occurs in the pancreas that has the ability to spread to other parts of the body. The most common pancreatic cancer is pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The symptoms of pancreatic carcinoma are yellow skin, back and abdominal pain, light-colored stools, loss of appetite, and dark urine. This clinical condition is referred as terminal illness who has fear of isolation, physical pain, dying. It creates a spiritual distress due to uncertainty of death. Spirituality gives peace to the patient and makes them to face the death without fear. Patients with terminal illness review themselves to find meaning in their lives.
