Introduction:
Sleep can be divided into two kinds that are REM (rapid eye movement) sleep and non-REM (NREM) sleep. In people, REM sleep causes dreaming, this kind of sleep is psychologically active. Whereas, NREM sleep ranges from a lighter stage to greatly deeper, it is a most restful type of sleep. Ninety percent of dream takes place in REM sleep. When sleep goes wrong it can lead to sleep disorder. Sleepwalking, nightmare, and being unable to sleep are examples of sleep disorders.
