Introduction:

The lymphatic system is comprised of tissues and organs which produce mature and store the macrophages and lymphocytes. It plays a role in the body defense system. This system carries lymph in a network of capillaries. These are known as lymph capillaries of the lymphatic capillaries. These are small and thin-walled microvessels. These are present in the spaces between the lymphatic tissues.
