Sleep is one of the major state of the brain to gain rest for the physical body. Most of them believe, the brain also sleeps during this time, but the brain is active and does the most remarkable functions. The brain works out complicated things, dreams, even to find a solution to the problem. Most of the animal in the animal kingdom sleep in order to regain energy and to rest. There are some factors like insomnia, narcolepsy,sleepwalking, and sleep apnea hinder the sleep pattern do to genetic or environmental factors.
