Projects

The four projects are

• Potential social impact
  • This criterion tells the potential of the respective project to impact the lives of people around the world.
  • Improving lives of millions of people is the prime motive of these projects hence the maximum weightage will be given to this project.
• Website/App design complexity
  • This criterion shows the complexity of design of the Information Technology (IT) requirements.
  • For adding more features or capabilities in these sites or apps then more complexity should be added to the design which will impact both cost and time.
• Build Cost
  • This parameter/criterion shows us the potential cost that will be incurred to build the IT systems which include Website/Application and so on.
• Build Time
  • This gives the estimated time that is required to get all the systems up and running.

Weightage

• The maximum weightage is assigned to Social Impact as it is the primary goal of the projects.
