Chapter 4, Problem 27.1E
Program Plan Intro
Sides of a triangle
Program plan:
- Import required package
- Create a class “Triangle”,
- Define the function “main()”,
- Create object for “Scanner” class.
- Declare the necessary integer variables.
- Prompt the user for the first, second, and third integer inputs.
- Get three inputs from the user using “next()”.
- Check whether all the values are equal to each other,
- Print the output as “These values represent the sides of an equilateral triangle”.
- Check whether any two of the values are equal to each other,
- Print the output string as “These values represent the sides of an isosceles triangle.”.
- Check whether none of the inputs are equal,
- Print the output string as, “These values represent the sides of a scalene triangle”.
- Define the function “main()”,

(Check password) Some websites impose certain rules for passwords. Write a
method that checks whether a string is a valid password. Suppose the password
rules are as follows:
A password must have at least eight characters.
A password consists of only letters and digits.
A password must contain at least two digits.
Write a program that prompts the user to enter a password and displays Valid
Password if the rules are followed or Invalid Password otherwise.
Q2: (Debugging Code) : As you are learning to program in C, you will often spend a lot of time debugging
code and finding errors. It takes a lot of practice to develop this skill. There are many errors in the following
program. Find and correct all the errors so that the program compiles and produces the correct output. (Add
a new comment on line 1 of the code and list the errors.)

The sides will form atriangle if the values are greater than zero and the sum of any two sides is greater than thethird side. The program should classify the triangle as either isosceles, scalene, equilateral, orboth right-angled and scalene according to the following rules:• An equilateral triangle has all sides equal• An isosceles triangle has only two sides equal• A scalene triangle has no sides equal• In a right-angled triangle, the square of the longest side must be equal to the sumof the squares of the other two sides. (i.e., if c is the longest side among sides a, band c of a right-angled triangle then c2 = a2 + b2). Here are some specific requirements:• Include a boolean method named checkTriangle, which accepts threedouble values as arguments and returns true if they form a triangle (otherwisereturns false)• Include a value returning method named getLongest, which accepts threedouble values as arguments…arrow_forward(Factorials) Factorials are used frequently in probability problems.
