To determine:

The dye used by the individual in place of Gram stains and the structures that were stained with the particular dye.

Introduction:

Gram staining produces two types of effect in bacteria that are positive effect and negative effect. If the obtained result shows red colored cell, it means that the cell is Gram negative and if the cell is colored violet, then it is Gram positive.
