Program Plan:

• • The outer “for” loop iterates the row until it reaches “7”.
  • ○ The inner “for” loop iterates the “col” until it reaches the range “row + 2”.
    • ■ Check whether the loop lies in the first or else in the last column.
      • • If yes, print the special character “#” in the first and last columns.
      • • Otherwise, print the space.
  • ○ Move to the next row of the pattern.
