Amount of conversion cost transferred to finished goods.
Amount of conversion cost transferred to finished goods:
At the end of a period some conversion work is finished and transferred to finished goods. When such units are transferred to finished goods then cost of such units are also transferred to finished goods.
So, when cost per equivalent unit for conversion is multiplied with units completed & transferred out then we will find out cost of conversion transferred to finished goods.
