Introduction:

Osteoporosis is the medical condition characterized by weak and brittle bones which are prone to fractures. This condition arises as a consequence of inadequate consumption of calcium in the diet and increased consumption of the animal proteins in the diet. The people of the United States consume more animal protein than the people of China which is the reason why osteoporosis is more common in the United States.
