The definition of professionalism.
Explanation of Solution
The act of pursuing the behavior of punctuality, integrity, honesty, doing the job correctly and accurately without any error, being honest with the public and clients is called professionalism.
A professional person is always punctual in his daily routines, he gets the job done on time. A professional person keeps the balance between professional work life and normal life, he does not mix them up.
Professionalism creates the fire of being expert in any field in which one is working. It creates a competence behavior in the person who is trying to pursue it.
A professional person does not repeat the same mistake twice because he thinks repeating a mistake twice is not a mistake but a habit and professionalism does not allow the person to indulge with that behavior that he thinks as bad.
There are many traits of professionalism which are as follow:

- 3. Specialization in work
- 4. Specialization in ethics
- 5. Balance between work life and personal life.
