Death is considered to be an unavoidable part of the life, death follows all the life forms of the earth. Loss can be of death or loss of any body part, while grief is a response followed by death or loss. Many accept death as part of life but still they hesitate to die or loss since they do not want to give up what they love. In nursing, the highest grief is considered to be loss or death of husband and second, highest grief is a loss of children for parents as well as form grandparents. As a nurse, they give counseling to grieving patients and patient with loss and moral support to dying patients and to their family members, the nurse also cares for the dead patients like noticing the time, removing the IVs, and cleaning the body.
