Introduction:

Special receptors in the sense organs are the ears, eyes, skin, taste buds, and nose. When they are activated, they allow many types of external stimuli to become neural signals in the brain and leads to sensation. Sensory receptors contain the information from the body and surroundings and control, environmental factors such as light, temperature.

Light contain dual natures, it contains both “wave and particle” properties. According to Albert Einstein light is a small “packets of waves”. These wave packets are termed as “photons that contain some specific wavelengths combined within them”. Perception of light is of three types: color, brightness and saturation.
