To determine

All values $x=a$ where the function is discontinuous.

For each point of discontinuity, give

(a) $f\left(a\right)$ if it exists.

(b) $\underset{x\to a^{-}}{\lim }f\left(x\right)$

(c) $\underset{x\to a^{+}}{\lim }f\left(x\right)$

(d) $\underset{x\to a}{\lim }f\left(x\right)$

(e) identify the condition for continuity which are not met.
