The patient Mr. A is a 68-year-old male patient had been in an extended care facility with multiple diagnoses and also with limited mobility. Since Mr. A has limited mobility, he needs assistance in his daily morning care. One morning the nursing student who is assigned to take AM care for Mr. A, hears from Mr. A that he completed his morning bath, but the tech lost patience and told the patient not tell lies and makes him sit in the chair all day.
