Whether the statement “Unlike saturated fats, all unsaturated fats are beneficial to health because their fatty acid tails kink and do not pack together”, is true or false.

Introduction:

The organic compounds which are fatty, waxy, or oily are known as lipids. These compounds are hydrophobic and many of them incorporate fatty acids. The region of the fatty acids having a carboxyl group “head” is hydrophilic, and a long hydrocarbon chain “tail” is hydrophobic.
