Project manager:

• Project manager monitors the status of the project after it begins performing the tasks.
• He/she is responsible for planning, executing, and completing the project.
• Project managers help in determining the risk factors due to which the project is falling behind the schedule.
• He/she determines the user’s needs and performs the tasks accordingly.

Project execution:

• Project execution phase is used to set the term in place to get the work done efficiently and effectively.
• This phase performs the following activities,
  • Acquiring, developing, and managing the project team.
  • Distributing information.
  • Managing stakeholder’s expectations.
