Explanation of Solution

Two culture tubes are required for the microbial analysis. One culture tube is used to identify and view the particular microbes of interest by following the specific microscopical and staining techniques. The other culture tube is used for performing the other serological analysis that includes biochemical and immunological assays. Having two culture tubes would provide sufficient availability of the sample specimens for analysis with minimal possibilities of contamination.
