Strabismus is a condition, in which both eye fail to line up in a single direction and due to this both eyes cannot focus on same object at same time.

Hyperopia or farsightedness is a common condition in which a person cannot clearly see nearby object, but can normally see objects far away. It is naturally caused by old age sometimes.

Conductive loss is a type of hearing problems in which the conduction of sound in the ear canal is affected. In this condition, the sound waves are unable to reach the eardrum.
