Introduction:

Learning organization is about people with common desires working together to achieve their goals that they have the utmost priority about. It is involved in individual learning and development as rather than the traditional way of approaching, this is desired to take critical and creative decision making.

This concept is developed by Peter M Senge in 1990 and as per him, the organization that encourages and facilitates continuous learning for every employee in order to develop the organization and also betterment of him as part of the organization.
