The Complementary Health Approaches (CHA) or alternative medicine are that are used alongside mainstream health care. The CHA uses acupuncture, meditation, yoga, therapeutic touch, and herbal medications. The CHA is useful for patients at all ages and helps the patients to relieve from pain, improve their medical conditions, and manage the side effects of the medicines.
