Introduction:

A chancre refers to the painless genital ulcer, which is commonly formed at the primary stage of syphilis and this infectious lesion usually occurs about 21 days after the initial exposure to the bacteria known as Treponema pallidum which is the gram-negative bacteria and yields syphilis.
