Introduction:
Trans fat is a type of unsaturated fatty acid that present in a little amount in milk fat and meat. Fat contains a long chain of hydrocarbon which is present in two forms saturated and unsaturated fatty acid. Unsaturated fatty acids have cis and trans configurations. Trans fat is used to eat but consuming it so much is risky to our health.
