Blue light has higher frequency.

Explanation of Solution

The narrow band of visible light spectrum is detectable by human eye. The wavelength of the visible light spectrum has violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red lies between 380nm-750nm The red color has larger wavelength and violet color has least wavelength.

And we know wavelength is reciprocal of frequency. So, the red light has least frequency and blue light has higher frequency.
