Introduction:

Nutrition is the basis of all life activities, and it is done by the process called metabolism. In metabolism, the raw materials are taken up, and the digestive process by breaking down the large molecules into small biomolecules takes place. These small biomolecules are further absorbed by the intestinal cells and provide energy to all living things. Fats are the most reserve sources of energy that is stored in adipose tissues present in the muscle as triglycerides. Dietary sources of saturated and unsaturated fats are obtained from different sources, mostly in meat, milk, oils, and eggs. Large amount of cholesterol present in blood leads to cardiovascular diseases.
