R is the resistance.

Consider the equation for emf.

ε=ΔϕΔt (2)

Δϕ is the change in magnetic flux.

Δt is the change in time.

Substitute equation (2) in equation (1),

I=(ΔϕΔt)R

I=ΔϕΔt×1R (3)

The magnetic flux through the coil of wire is zero that is,
