To describe: The way in which polydnaviruses are mutualistic partners with certain wasps.
Introduction: A virus can be defined as an infectious agent that is capable to replicate inside the living cell of other organisms. A virus consists of a DNA or RNA as the genetic material, a capsid protecting the genetic material, and a lipid envelope that surrounds the protein coat. Polydnaviruses are those viruses that contain multiple circular double-stranded DNA encapsulated in capsid proteins and an envelope.
