Concept Introduction:
Flexible Budget Performance Report: A flexible budget performance report is a management report where we compare and report the income statement variance during a period. The income statement variance is a difference between the amount of actual operating income statement and budgeted operating income statement, compared at the level of actual sales quantity respectively.
