Water soluble hormones are the non-steroidal hormone, which are made up of amino acids. These hormones are stored in the cells of endocrine. Lipid soluble hormones are basically steroid hormones. These hormones can cross the cell membrane because cytosol of the cells has their receptor where these hormones bind.
