Summary Introduction

Introduction:

There are two types of immunity: innate immunity and adaptive immunity. Innate immunity refers to the immunity which is present in the child at the time of birth. Adaptive immunity refers to the immunity that a person achieves after birth in his lifetime. The immunity is achieved by providing a small part of antigens in the body in the form of a vaccine. In some cases, prepared antibodies are also inserted in the body of the patients.
