      • Set the 2^nd value of “args” to resource.
    • Otherwise, display the url.
    • Open the socket.

    • Turn streams into scanner and writers
    • Send the command to the web.
    • Read the server response
    • Check the condition
      • Get the input
      • Convert it into lowercase letter
      • Set the values
      • Check the letters
        • Set the values
        • • Check the title is equal to null
            • Display the statement as no title found.
            • Set the “done” as true
